We had a very knowledgeable installation technician who explained the equipment before, during and after installation. He requested our preferred location for the flush line, and reviewed with us the flush sequence. We are very pleased with the taste, feel and appearance of the water for drinking and bathing along with the elimination of chemical buildup on the piping fixtures.
Service provided to exchange water filtration tank was quick and efficient, however, scheduling was a little confusing. After payment was made and given a schedule, received a couple of calls to change the original schedule. After the schedule was changed, received another call to change the schedule again. It seems that the scheduling team is not organized and lack of customer focus.
Was sceptical at first but we could not be more happy and satisfied with our decision. The water quality is great and enjoyable. Our dogs even give it a paws up!
Lifesource is the premier whole house water filter solution. Only takes 2 tanks to clean out my house water so it tastes great and my hair and skin are free from any chemicals. I highly recommend them as they are a customer first business and the installers are very well knowledgeable. I am very happy with my system. Bravo Zulu!
Lifesource Water Systems has always been responsive. It was time to change the tanks and they sent two great guys. Sam & Jesus were knowledgeable, efficient and friendly.
