We are truly 100% pleased with the water system itself and especially satisfied with the support we have received from LifeSource on the rare occasion when we have had a question. Sam's responses have always been prompt and clear. We have had no problems with the system itself; It has performed flawlessly.
I'm glad I picked this company. Sam was my sales rep and also does the maintenance on the system. Very quick customer service response.
I think it’s been about two years now and I love this system. No more water spots on dishes, glasses, shower doors. And you really do use less soap. And no water lines left in toilets either. So much less work. Sam was our salesman and it was great because he knew his product well but he was not high pressure sales. Which I love. Also I called him a few times after install with questions and he was always quick to return my call and able to help straight away. Highly recommended on Life Source and Sam.
