Nicholas was an amazing g salesperson. He made sure to go everything and patiently answer all of Our questions. An appointment to install the unit was scheduled immediately as promised. Joe Garcia was our installer. He is punctual, kind, knowledgeable and understanding. He kept me informed through each stage of the installation and how long it would all take. For 19 years my old unit gave me the best tasting water with no problems ever which is why I waited this long to replace it with a new one because of a leak. Jessica Flores was so helpful in getting me to the sale pricing so I could get financing...the installer who just left was Joseph Garcia and he was outstanding because not only did he install my new unit but worked over an hour searching for the source of the leak for me.
