My family member went here to donate and passed out four times and they just kept taking more blood despite being told to stop. Unsafe and inconsiderate staff.
Very nice place to donate. I scheduled my 930 appointment online at 830 the same morning. I was nicely greeted upon walking in, and check in was a breeze. My tech explained everything very well throughout the whole process and I didn't even feel the needle go in, which in over 20 years of donating is rare to me. Overall, I will be back and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to donate.
Donated here several times. Staff is friendly and professional. Very easy and no issues with the blood draw at all by anyone.
I’ve been donating Plasma at this location for quite awhile. My veins don’t always cooperate but the staff is great and is always up to my vein challenge. It’s a plus that they offer Oreo Cookies (my favorite) among other treats when you have completed your donation. LOL
