Staff is friendly and the place is clean. Sadly, I have to give a poor review. In my ten or so years of donating blood - this place is where I had the worst needle insertion of my life. I have very easy to find veins, to the point where they usually train interns on me. Yet, the phlebotomist inserted the needle in such a way that it was robbing against the inside walls of the vein.
