Staff is friendly and the place is clean. Sadly, I have to give a poor review. In my ten or so years of donating blood - this place is where I had the worst needle insertion of my life. I have very easy to find veins, to the point where they usually train interns on me. Yet, the phlebotomist inserted the needle in such a way that it was robbing against the inside walls of the vein. Nice ladies, and I gave blood
Very clean, friendly staff
Attempted to donate blood here a few days ago. Check in was efficient and quick. However, the phlebotomist could not find my vein and was digging around with the needle in my arm for minutes. It took three of them to try repositioning the needle before they finally gave up. Got my blood all over the seat and I started feeling nauseous and lightheaded. Staff didn't even apologize or seem to care much for my well-being. Never coming back here.
