Dr. Gail and her team are wonderful! From calling to make the first appointment to being in the office, everyone made us feel comfortable. We went to have our 5 month old’s tongue and lip tie laser treatment and Dr. Gail helped us with throughly explaining the treatment and aftercare of the procedure. Definitely will be returning once we got a few more teeth to be seen!
This review is a long time coming. Back in early October, my son and I saw a lactation consultant who noticed that he had a severe upper lip and tongue tie. I was having awful BF pain on one side since birth-4 months old. She recommended it be evaluated by a pediatric dentist to confirm if it would need to have revisions done. I scheduled him at Lifesmiles and could not have been happier with the experience from beginning to end. Amazing hygienists and amazing doctor. Would recommend to anyone and in between with children.
Everything was great, nice staff, beautiful clean office. After not getting a clear answer from our pediatrician and lactation consultant, I really appreciated Dr. Gail’s confidence that my son’s tie is not likely to affect his feeding. Also appreciate the honesty, as I could have been charged for an expensive cash procedure. We will definitely be using this office for our routine dental care!
We had the best experience at Lifesmiles!! The staff was extremely helpful and Dr. Gail did a great job explaining everything to my daughter in a way she could understand and feel comfortable. I highly recommend Lifesmiles!!!
