I came to Lifeskills earlier this year, in which I will say was a tough part of my life. Since then my therapist Kelly has always given me thorough, solid, unbiased and genuine advice. The advice included on how to deal with the various trails and tribulations I had going on in my life. From the welcoming atmosphere, to just needing someone to hear you out and not bash you. Despite multiple attempts at outreach on my end and Google Forms they ask you to fill out, no one has ever gotten back to me. This has been going on for over 6 months. At least the courtesy to email or call and say "hey sorry we aren't accepting new clients at this time" or "we don't take your insurance" or "we don't have the clinician available to assist with your concerns." Extremely upsetting and unprofessional when you are seeking to better yourself. I'm done reaching out to them and begging for some type of help.

Lifeskills es un centro muy acogedor, con gente muy preparada, realmente un lugar en donde usted o su familia pueden sentirse a gusto y recibir el servicio que este de acuerdo a su necesidad para mejorar su bienestar personal y estilo de vida.
