Arrived at Lifesigns a few minutes before my appointment, was created by both employees at the front desk. I was called back as soon as my appointment time came. All of the staff were great. APN Mitchell took extra time with me to go over past lab test and listened to my concerns. GREAT STAFF GREAT PLACE
They didn’t do the pulmonary test or bone density. Everyone was real nice but Stephanie she needs to work on her bedside manner she was rough and cold
The staff was very nice to me and my family. We had appointments before Christmas and still no test results. It doesn’t make sense that you have to wait so long. I usually give my PCP a copy of my lab results from LifeSigns when it’s time for my BP refills. Now I’ve got to have bloodwork done all over again. This company has really gone down over the years.
Most test and and employee was ok . But Lachre Brown the LPN that performs my pep Smear was rude & and act as if she did not know what she was doing . She di d not touch my cervix . How she did a pep smear. Then the results came back abnormal . It took 2 & half month to get my results. & find out it was adnormal. Lachre Brown do not need to be in medical field ( I being going to lifesign for 15 year this the worst experience.
