Poor customer service, they don’t follow up with you, you have to call multiple times. They have an attitude about everything.
Do not recommend Lifesigns for annual physicals. They have terrible customer service. When calling them for any issues you must leave a voicemail but do not expect them to respond. They have been recently bought by another company which is even worse. They are very unorganized you will most likely have to talk to a half dozen people and then your issue will still not be resolved. Since being bought by another company, billing is a disaster. Choose another company would be my advice.
Whatever receptionist answers the phone, she’s extremely rude. She told me I was hurting her ear with background noise. She also told me she was hard of hearing. Kept being condescending. Please assign her another position within the company.
I have been coming here for years! This is the best practice in Memphis - get everything checked in one morning! I would recommend this to friends who are generally healthy / don’t have a primary care doctor but want to get seen by one every year.
