Service is good but the wait times are very long. I went in 7 AM. It’s been 2 hours I did not see the provider yet. I will not suggest anyone to come here anymore. I have experienced the same thing last year. Not coming here anymore.
I always go here every year. The lead time to get in is about three months so make sure you book in advance.
Poor customer service, they don’t follow up with you, you have to call multiple times. They have an attitude about everything.
Do not recommend Lifesigns for annual physicals. They have terrible customer service. When calling them for any issues you must leave a voicemail but do not expect them to respond. They have been recently bought by another company which is even worse. They are very unorganized you will most likely have to talk to a half dozen people and then your issue will still not be resolved. Since being bought by another company, billing is a disaster. Choose another company would be my advice.
