This place is great for a comprehensive and thorough physical. I was able to see my test results on the patient portal the next day. The only suggestion I have is, if they schedule patients to arrive at 6:30, the clinic needs to be opened. I had to wait 10mins before the door was unlocked to enter. However, once I was in, things moved quickly.
Arrived at Lifesigns a few minutes before my appointment, was created by both employees at the front desk. I was called back as soon as my appointment time came. All of the staff were great. APN Mitchell took extra time with me to go over past lab test and listened to my concerns. GREAT STAFF GREAT PLACE
They didn’t do the pulmonary test or bone density. Everyone was real nice but Stephanie she needs to work on her bedside manner she was rough and cold
The staff was very nice to me and my family. We had appointments before Christmas and still no test results. It doesn’t make sense that you have to wait so long. I usually give my PCP a copy of my lab results from LifeSigns when it’s time for my BP refills. Now I’ve got to have bloodwork done all over again. This company has really gone down over the years.
