Updated Review from 1 star to 5 stars (Aug 2025): Same day Lab results and very smooth process from online check-in to all other annual exams. I highly recommend this place for your physical exam. ===============Older review=============== I have been going here for the past 7 years for my annual physical exam. This place has lost the credibility over the years. Long waiting time in the lobby, getting results takes months, unanswered calls. Had to wait for 45 mins for the doctor to arrive. I would NOT recommend this place.
Typically I would give this place a 5; however, today, July 25, 2025, I encountered the worst nurse practitioner. She was rude and dismissive. Because of some things I have been experiencing, I asked her about some information I had seen on TikTok. Someone on shared a similar medical experience and stated that anyone experiencing that medical condition should ask for a particular test. Quick process !
A receptionist named Linda created a poor excellent experience for me. She didn’t allow me to speak to another receptionist when I requested and I didn’t even book my appointment that day. This was a really bad experience for me.
They didn’t do the pulmonary test or bone density. Everyone was real nice but Stephanie she needs to work on her bedside manner she was rough and cold. That was completed months ago still haven’t gotten a call with results
