I switched to Lifescript about a year ago and have had issues with every single prescription I’ve filled there. I was trying to talk to someone there this evening about the issues and was told nothing was their fault. He then told me there are a lot of pharmacies in town and they’d be happy to transfer my prescriptions elsewhere. One of the worst customer service experiences ever!

I have been getting billed to my insurance for a 30 day supply of ALCOHOL PREP PAD $46.80 my insurance covers most of it. HOWEVER, I NEVER ordered this product, I have NEVER received this product. They used to call me (several times per day) asking if I would like to get my diabetic supplies through them, the times I did not hang up on them I told them no! Incredibly personable! Switched from Costco with ease. Love the drive up. I have messaged Lance several times on Facebook Messenger even with drug interaction questions. He is super responsive. I lucked out with his wife one day at the window ringing me up and she was wonderful. Plus I have to say I appreciate Lance's willingness to go above and beyond to open up on closed days or even deliver medication. I found myself in a tough spot at 630 pm on a Sunday and unable to get a medication that was prescribed. I took a chance on lifescript Pharmacy and to my surprise the pharmacist was able to come in after hours and ensure I got my medication. I have never experienced such quick and reliable service from any other pharmacy. Never would I have thought that the pharmacist would come in after hours when I was in need. So many great things to say about this pharmacy and pharmacist! Lance, the owner, goes above and beyond to meet & exceed his customer's needs. The location is great, there's a Drive-Up window, which is so convenient, & the owner is even willing to do free deliveries! Something you do not see very often, if ever. Great pharmacy...my son needed an antibiotic on the 4th of July and Lance (the pharmacist/owner) met us after hours on a holiday with a smile to make sure my son could start his prescription right away! Definitely above and beyond service. �
I stumbled upon LifeScript randomly and am so grateful I did. When I called to see what the process would look like to transfer my prescriptions over, I assumed it would take a week or so for everything to go through.
