During an extremely difficult time for our family, their caregivers kept our loved one as comfortable as possible and handled all his healthcare needs at home, taking a huge load off our shoulders so we could focus on what mattered most: spending quality time with our dad during his final weeks without the burden of also caring to his medical needs. I don't recommend this company to your patients, very bad services, worst nurses they hire don't care about patient care and cleanliness and are incredibly unsanitary in their work. The nurses and staff are incredibly incompetent. They are extremely unreliable and inconsistent. The nurse was very unsanitary when withdrawing urine and when given instruction for the patient from my experience, I felt dismissed. The staff is very unprepared and unprofessional.
