Shop is great. Lifesafer is the worst. They will rake you and lie in any way possible and avoid communication. Their chat, through five9 is inactive and they don’t do anything to resolve anything. Avoid this company. I am waiting for a supervisor callback that likely won’t ever come. They avoid their customers. Took 3 hours to get a rep and they basically told me the mistake isn’t their fault when it clearly is.
