Never met a more caring and more wonderful staff. They treat the neighbors with love and kindness. I Don’t know them all but Simone Marissa and Jackie Vicky and Cayla the nurses and Steph the Director. They have made a heartbreaking decision easier on my family. Love to you all Cathy Moliske Craggs
We felt a need to move our mother to another facility less than 2 months after she had moved in, even though we lost a $1500 move-in fee. We had multiple issues with the facility and the administration.
loved the care my grandma recieved while she was there for over 3 years. she passed in May and had great care while she was there. The staff are so loving and caring.
My mother, Catherine a resident for the last 3 years recently passed away. There are not enough words to describe the wonderful care that she received. It did not matter how much she yelled, the nurses and caregivers always treated her with love and respect. Her final week each staff member came into her room and hugged her, telling her good-by. Each of the staff treated her as if she was their family member. The care provided to the "neighbors" is outstanding ! We will never forgot the love that was also provided to the fam... read more
