The nursing staff was great. That being said you pay weekly for care. The contract does stipulate that it is a daily rate. The payments were to cover Friday through Thursday. My mom passed away on a Tuesday. I should have been refunded for 2 days of care. She has been gone for 3 months and I have not seen a thing from Life's Journey
