Ive been using life's hope for about a year now, just got a new therapist with them as my first left for more focus on her life. My work with her and continued work with my new therapist has helped me so much. Working on my assertive communication, boundary building, anxiety, managing neurodivergency both for myself with my melt downs but also in relationships as well as on the road for further diagnosis. I am deeply disappointed in how this therapy office handled my account. We had a clear verbal agreement that I would be notified before any charges were made. They sent billing emails to the wrong address, admitted their mistake, yet still charged my card $372 without warning. For a place that provides therapy, it's shocking they would place a client in this kind of financial and emotional position. This is a serious breach of trust.
