I had such an amazing experience and I just had to share! Annie Sandoval, my phlebotomist, was absolutely incredible. I was honestly a little nervous going in for my gender reveal blood work, but she made me feel so comfortable and at ease right away. Great experience! The sonographer Kim was professional, kind, and made me feel completely at ease. She explained everything clearly and took her time to ensure a thorough exam and show baby's different angles even. I was able to book a last-minute appointment on a weekend, and it gave me the peace of mind I needed. I left with a ton of prints and a beautiful plushie with baby's heartbeat.
