Everyone needs to try this. First time I have actually relaxed in a very long time.
I wasn’t sure what to expect from this experience. I was nervous cause I don’t do well in small spaces and I wasn’t sure how that would affect my anxiety. John reassured me that everything was safe and I would be completely fine. He told me I would be able to keep the pod open if I wanted to, but could also close it. All I can say is wow! Went on a friends recommendation to help relax and free up my mind. More then I expected and I fell great. My wife was also a first timer, considering her fear of close quarters she did great and loved it. We will most certainly be back.
I really enjoyed my experience. I wasn't expecting to relax as fast as I did. I actually fell asleep multiple times and came out feeling like I could conquer the world!
