My father received services from Lifes At Home Care (LAHC) for the last several months of his life. He was 94 at the time. As someone who required home health myself, in comparison, LAHC was far superior. The caregivers who tended to my dad were professional, kind, patient, respectful, and compassionate; they anticipated his needs and spent quality time with him. Unprofessional. Found a better agency.
I had been growing a little frustrated with communication and staffing issues the past month. However, a couple weeks ago, my father received a visit from the registered nurse with Life at Home. Mom said the visit and the compassion Sharell offered really lifted Dad's spirits tremendously when he was in a down mood regarding his health and his future. She took the time to sit and address his concerns and encourage him. She also took the time to relate with Mom. We are very impressed. Thank you.
It has only been two weeks with these care givers, but they have exceeded my expectations by far. Turning my mother over to strangers for 24/7 care was not easy, but they have been great. Very, Very impressed, look no further than this group.👍
