I haven't tried the cycle or lift classes yet but the barre classes are excellent, and the pilates are great as well. The space is nice.
Great workout! Every instructor brings juice and helps me get the workout I need.
Amazing gym with top-notch equipment and a welcoming atmosphere! The staff is super friendly, and I love the variety of classes they offer. I've never felt more motivated to achieve my fitness goals!
Super friendly owner who’s very knowledgeable. The studio offers a variety of classes and has multiple rooms with various functions including: cycling, bar, and weight class. I worked harder than I have in a long time and will certainly be sore tomorrow. Fun vibes, kind ppl, good music.
Meghan's classes are better than anything I've found even in NYC. Her teaching is so steeply superior to Pure Barre or Bar Method -- more satisfying forms, clearer direction, and inssssane results. She's gotten both my mother and I simply ripped in such a balanced way. Her form direction is thoughtful and welltimed. She is a craftswoman and a pro and she pushes us to be our strongest.
