I was refused a doctor’s note for work even though I was experiencing terrible known negative side effects of my prescription as explained to me by my provider. Due to this I was denied paid medical leave. Because of LifePointe’s refusal, I was fired from my corporate position where I was respected because I was acting different due to the medication’s effect on my cognitive abilities. Dr Guilley is amazing! I have been trying to find the right medication for anxiety for years. He did a genesight test and found the right medication immediately. I’ve been on it for a few weeks and feel a million times better. He listens well and is an amazing Dr.
We started going there for Family Therapy. Me thinking that FamilyTherapy meant we would all get together and talk about all the problems we were having. I thought that Tom would be there as a mediator. We have been seeing Tom since June. We have yet to get together as a family. My husband and I have been seeing him on a weekly basis until just recently. I won’t go back because this is not helping our situation. How can LifePointe Counseling rectify this?
Very good counseling from Dr Guiley. I’ve been to three psychiatric doctors. I feel this Dr has tried to help me the most with my depression. Also Kate, the office manager is amazing. Always returns my calls and if I need an appt she can get me in.
