The West Des Moines office has always been great to me and Jen is who keeps me fiercely loyal. She is a hygienist who loves what she does and who she serves. Jen keeps me focused when it comes to making sure I am flossing and understanding the overall status of my complete dental picture. For all of this I am grateful and I would more than recommend anyone to this office and to Jen! Keep up the great work!
The dentist/hygienists are great and know what they are doing (only reason there are even 2 stars here), but the place is making me not want to return due to all of the hassle I've gone through. I recently scheduled an appointment, received a text message confirmation of the time/date, and then when I showed up was informed that I had missed my appointment (system said it was a half hour earlier than what I had scheduled —wondering if they conveniently moved it for me without notifying me) and they wouldn't have time for my ... read more
It wouldn't allow for negative stars. If that was an option that's what they would receive. Please DON'T go here, find a reputable dentist office.
Billing department constantly makes mistakes. We have often been billed, we paid, and then months later receive a refund. Most of our services should be covered, however, we receive bills for hundreds of dollars that are suddenly overdue. We have been promised several times by the guy who does the billing to receive a call back about covered services and don't. Horrible experience. Was much better when previous doctor owned the business. Other patients that I know have had similar experiences.
