I am a doctor and a professor of medicine. I called to book an appointment, however, a nurse by the name Shelby was very rude and lacks professionalism. She wouldn’t let me complete the spelling of my name and was yelling “hold on” “hold on”. She said she is the boss in the office and basically she can do whatever she wants. She twice hung up on me.
