I don’t even want to give this company one star they don’t even deserve that! I made an appointment and it was virtual for Monday, which would’ve been my first appointment. The mail receptionist got my information, told me to go and create a portal fill out paperwork. There were two documents that couldn’t be signed and he said that so he would contact me regarding insurance how much my co-pay and all that would be I never got anything and then on top of that. They've never answered or returned a single call...ever. Literally cannot BECOME a customer here because you cannot actually come in contact with someone.
I've gone here on and off for about 2 years now and continue to recommend it to others seeking help and guidance. I've worked with both Ben and Dana who are some of the kindest and most knowledgeable people I've ever met. They've always been able to bring comfort, understanding, and perspective to each session and have given me great tools that I continue to use day to day.
Brooke has been wonderful. She quickly built trust and her skills are spot on.
