I’m extremely disappointed with this business. They took my money without me getting any services. Communication was poor, follow-up was basically nonexistent, and when I reached out to resolve the issue, I got excuses instead of solutions. At this point, I feel completely taken advantage of. If you value your time and your money, I’d strongly recommend being very cautious before doing business here. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Finding Lifeologie (by referral) was like having a life raft tossed to me when metaphorically I was drowning. I had to make a life changing decision to leave a damaged relationship. I was able to pick my counselor based on a short description. Emma Butler turned out to be just what I needed. Her warmth and her knowledge have been comforting and of great value to me as I continue to grow through the challenges of a new chapter in my life. I highly recommend this organization. And Emma Butler.

I have been here twice through two relationships. One was with an abusive woman that hit me, fought me, and eventually put me in jail. Believe me. A lot of that was my fault. But the counselor with that relationship would text her outside of our sessions, and always moved the narrative to “all the bad things I did”. The second time was the same. I really hate that I have to do this but I honestly do not recommend this place if you are looking for coverage for your insurance. I was promised that I would not be charged for my sessions and then come to find out that they will charge you for previous sessions in the future. For example, yesterday I got charged for my November sessions. Which was not told to me when I kept asking and never got a response. Please find someone or somewhere else.

I say Amber for about 3 years and she was genuinely one of the most patient people I have ever met. If you are new to therapy or just in search of something new, I would highly recommend her. She is one of the best! 10/10 experience
