LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM AND POOR TRAINING
****BEWARE**** If you live in the county and have to use an ambulance service, DO NOT let the dispatch use Lifenet! My bill was $700 from a transport in May. I then had to call them for my daughter and they came to the SAME county address and went to the SAME hospital. They added an additional mileage fee for hers ON TOP OF A $1600+ bill for her SAME transport because the CITY approved an increase in fees in June so they charged a COUNTY resident that NEVER requested Lifenet a CITY rate.
