First time trying aerial yoga, and I absolutely loved it! The studio has such a calming vibe, and the instructor (Lindsey) was fantastic, so patient and helpful, especially for a beginner like me. I felt supported throughout the session and left feeling both challenged and refreshed. Can’t wait to go back!
This is the best gym I've ever joined. The staff works so hard for the variety of guests. It is a wonderfully supportive environment for all ages.
Love this studio!! Best experience I’ve ever had in yoga. Always feel welcome and never felt like I was out of my league. Instructors meet you where you’re at, offer modifications and help you feel confident in your practice. Special shout outs to Lindsey, Kristen, Christina and Dana who have all helped me on my journey to find my love for yoga! Recommend this studio ten times over.
