I’m incredibly thankful for Dana and her Life Moves Studio. She’s been a wonderful instructor for both my daughter and me. She assesses each individual’s needs and makes modifications readily as needed. She’s beautifully motivating and creates a warm and encouraging environment that makes you want to do better for yourself while celebrating accomplishments with you. Every instructor I’ve had has been great! I would encourage everyone and anyone, no matter the age or experience to try her classes!
I love this gym! Everyone is so supportive and welcoming they have a wide variety of classes to offer!
I’m so glad that I found Lifemoves Studio! I have been going there for 7 years now. It has always been a warm and welcoming place. It’s a place for all age women. No matter what the age we all encourage each other. All of the instructors are top notch, and I always look forward to coming to class for a good Pilates workout.
I attended a beginner yoga class for the first time. Lindsey is a great instructor.
