Sleazy staff has zero accountability but bad attitude. People in shelter have more class than some of these folks working there.
Donors plz pay attention. Do not waste time with them. Maybe because their pay is not tied to their performance, no sense of responsibility or accountability at all. The financial controller Thanh told me "whatever" after giving me a bad check that resulted in my bank account being overdrafted. No apology or any timely resolution, a total nightmare and time waster from work to deal with them, which also ruined my work. Although I appreciate my stay at J.S.I. , I am very disappointed at the directors and lazy staff there. I was verbally assaulted by Jackie when she approached me at night in the dorm I was in. She came pointing and yelling at me, but I was the one to get kicked out because of her nonsense. TOTALLY UNFAIR AND DISRESPECTFUL STAFF......
