Do yourself a favor and do not come here. I was seen here many years ago. They sent me a bill. I paid the bill. Now five years later they are on my credit report stating that they turned me over to collections! I paid them! I spoke to the former CEO years ago to get a copy of my medical records from her and she verified that my balance was paid off, but NOW five years later it is in collections! They literally never answer the phone.
Was seen here for 3 years, it really helped me. Looking to be seen again, but am getting 0 response from their office. Tried email, calling, texting...no response, not even a "we're full message".
