What a joke of a company I started my claim over a month ago and still waiting for approval looking for pre existing conditions that do not exist why pay for insurance that dose not pay when needed. This insurance with this company is a waste of money and I am glad I found out earlier enough to not continue giving my good earned money and cancelled when open enrollment started and the waned more money what a laugh. “Give me your money then I hang you out to dry when you need it “ that is just the way it feels.
I went to my heart doctor for check up. Very simple consultation. I was charged $334 and LifeMap did not pay a DIME!! Useless insurance, I have no idea why they are allowed to use word "INSURANCE". It is a disgrace. Any questions or explanation by LifeMap? Please write to stevenjanecek@ymail.com
Absolute garbage of a company. They setup my direct deposit wrong. Had two phone calls into my adjuster and nothing. They miraculously found the error the minute I call, but unfortunately they can't do anything about it until next Wednesday. Absolute no online portal for anything everything is a letter that arrives 8-10 days after it was dated. I'm convinced it is the Dicks Last Resort of Insurance. How bad you ask? Do not use this fly by night,piece of s$#@ company.i acquired lifemap along with new medical coverage on 9-1-2018. On 9-5-2018,i suffered an an iningual hernia tear as is was pulling tools out of my truck. I submitted a claim to lifemap after my hospital visit stating I needed surgery and couldn't work. So the claims idiot Trent tried and tried to make it an l&i issue.he was proved wrong.so that didn't work,so now he's been working on the"pre-existing condition"clause.
