Insulting a bride’s intelligence, calling her names, simply because you, the officiant, gave subpar service? Unprofessional and completely childish.
Unbelievable that instead of addressing a customers complaints that you would attack and denigrate them in such an unprofessional manner. Most businesses, when in the receipt of a bad review 1.) apologize 2.) give a explanation or offer a refund. Never in my life have I witnessed such an unprofessional response to a review!
