Dr. Sheena is incredibly smart and knows how to assess each adjustment to your current needs! Her approach to health and chiropractic has helped me through some very painful neck and low back pain. She gave me recommendations to do at home and how I can help my body with nutrients it may be lacking and that helped tremendously!!
