I've been on both sides of the medical care fence as a provider and a disabled patient. I read many of the negative reviews to try to understand patients complaints. I personally know that Lifelong Medical Centers at every location are doing the best they can to give patients the care they need. If you had to wait a long time for your appointment it's probably because physicians spent more time on other patients problems than expected. I could list a legitimate excuse for every complaint. The nurses are great. The doctor can take a while sometimes to get things done but overall good.
I really like the William Jenkins Lifelong center in Richmond. It's new and clean and almost everyone there is really nice. Bianca, however, was nothing but attitude from the moment she she saw me until I finally asked her name. Immediately it was all "sweetie" this and "sweetie" that. Dr Regosa is great. The folks at the counter are really helpful and nice. Everyone but Bianca.
