Dr. Carter is a lifesaver. The care and expertise he has show me is far beyond that of a “typical” physician. Anyone that has had a negative experience, I ask you to check the circumstances to confirm that it was truly his mistake. I thank him for the help that plays such a large part in keeping my life happy and enjoyable.

if i could give zero stars i would. Now i have nothing on the staff because they try to help us with what we need. The doctor is a complete idiot. Its taking 2 weeks to get medications from this doctor. which is ridiculous to let a patient got 30 days constant meds then off for 2 weeks and then knowing he's not going to be in the office won't authorize the damn pills the same as the others instead of waiting.
A wonderful doctor down to earth, many many years as a doctor, he listens, and he knows what he is talking about! 50 years of experience. Thank you Dr Carter for all your knowledge and has a great staff
