It routinely takes 25-40 minutes just to get an office staff person to call you back, or waiting on hold will take as long as that or more. They're really understaffed, and it shows. Doctors come and go so fast at this clinic, probably because they're overworked and underpaid. Unfortunately, that translates into a terrible experience for the patients. Just spoke customer service for my son appointment the guy who picked the phone very worst and careless for patient health.
I visited here today with my son who has been previously diagnosed with autism in a foreign country when he was 1. For the past 6 years of living in the U.S., I have fought tooth and nail to convince my son's previous primary doctors to give us a referral for an autism assessment but was always gaslighted and told "I don't see it" when they've only seen him once or twice.
