They want you to come into their offices just to talk to a doctor through a computer screen... I can do that from home. That doctor is too lazy to come into the office for in person visits
They're lucky I even gave them a 2. I went there for outpatient counseling.. my counselor was very nice and understanding at first but then she showed me her true colors. I had rescheduled an appointment before the 24-hour mark and when I showed up to my group I was the ONLY one there and she proceeded to be rude to me because of my rescheduling.
