Hello everyone I usually don't do this but I just want to share my terrible experience with Lifeline Urgent Care Houston Briar Forest and the lab they work with GENEVIEVE DIAGNOSES went in with my mom for a Covid travel test which they claim results come back in 24 hours my flight was the next day (to Dubai) next day results came in almost 2 hours late I was panicking because I was going to miss my flight. went in today to get treated/checked for a specific condition. Told both nurses the situation and even wrote what I came in for on my paperwork. Of course you have to pay before you go in, not a problem. I pay, go to the back, the nurse sits me in the room and then I wait for the doctor. The doctor then comes in to tell me that they don’t test/treat patients for what it was that I came in for. Also not a problem. First time here, waiting area very peaceful and neat and fast. The Receptionist very nice lady. Nurses are very sweet. Dr. Ravi Kalidindi took his time to explain my reason for the visit and very sweet. It's on a great location. Couldn't ask for a better MD. Highly recommend
I took my 96 year old mother in law in yesterday. Friendly, quick and efficient service. In and out within an hour.
