I called this place to see if they offer in home therapy. As I was explaining why I was calling the lady, I was speaking with cut me off, She was so rude and informed me real quick that she didn't know why I was calling "This is a home health facility" And when I elaborated on the fact that that's why I'm calling. I need in home physical therapy. She was rude hateful, and informed me that they only serve the rock castle county area. So I said thank you and hung up.
Everything about the massage session was incredible. Donna determined what my needs were and previous history to consider, then heals your body based on what you are needing. Planning my next visit in a couple weeks. I wish I'd started coming sooner. It's a wonderful thing that shouldn't be waited on doing.
I just have to take a moment and give praise to the nursing and therapy staff at Lifeline, especially Saundra. My 78yr old father suffered from a fall in June and ended up with home health with Lifeline. Two times he has been critical and with their help and guidance he was able to get the care he needed in the hospital, otherwise, without their guidance, we would have never known and the situation according to the doctors would have been dire.
