This place has changed for the worst. I've been going here for the past 3 years, and Everything has been good until recently. The wait time is much longer. If you can't stay when they're running behind they want to charge you $25. I just recently went there to take test. I scheduled an appointment for my test results like always. They usually call you on the phone with the results like all other medical centers, but now they want you to come in for a 5 minute conversation as if you don't have a job. I scheduled an appointment at this location but was sent to the location in Duluth because they were apparently overbooked in Norcross. I was in pain and had persistent swelling and tightness in my legs coupled with lower back pain and I felt the staff was very dismissive. The office in Duluth was not helpful either. They didn’t want to run the labs I requested because I had them done in August. I have been a patient at this location since they first opened more than 10 years ago. The ladies here are just great! Very professional and caring. The providers are equally as wonderful. I always feel welcomed, safe and I feel like I matter.
My mother came for some issues she'd had with lower back pain and was prescribed medicine for it and referred to a specialist. She called to see if she could refill it again, because that's what the specialist instructed her to do. She was sent to a call center, where the woman was sighing and treating my mom like it was a chore to deal with her.
