Driver on ambulance 305 on cell phone At 1413 on 95 going northbound today 9/29/2019 So much for safety.
Wait time was almost an hour when promised 35 minutes. My dad sat in front of St. Mary’s hospital with no oxygen and feeling extremely lethargic. Called several times to get an update on where the driver was and we were just told they were” on their way “. Horrible horrible service. I would never recommend this company.
Too many times in the three years my parents have been in a nursing home that we have had to wait over 90 minutes for a return trip. Absolutely unacceptable!!! Fix your vehicles and hire competent drivers! This is absolutely ridiculous!!!!

Driver 213 just almost ran us off the road and cut us off on 476..just so he could get in our lane and pass a truck ..looked right at us when he did this too
Driver on 95 yesterday was insane, driving like an idiot cut of a truck with kids in the car. His response when he honked ....was to drive even more like an asshole, make very crude sexual gestures and flipping him off. I can not believe this guy represents your company. Not only was his driving unsafe and hopefully no patients with him but if he can't control his rage he should consider finding a new job. Ambulance 221... May 24. Van # 7 in philly near Penn 3:40pm. Driver is a complete jerk off.
Horrible drivers! Cut me off and wouldn't dare talk to me when I confronted her. Wish I could post her pic on here. Van 211 on June 3rd at 720am. No wonder there is no number on the vans, so people can't complain about driving skills. Thank goodness no patients in the van. She tried saying I honked at her for no reason when I called in to complain
