We had an issue recently with readings on our EKG; Lifeline tech told me how to fix on our end versus sending it in for maintenance or repairs. I highly recommend their services.
They have always been helpful when a need arises. Have used them for years for EKG machines and medical supplies.
Called to inquire about specific medical supplies that are actually listed on the website. Was told they didn't have them, and when I asked if the gentleman knew what supply store might, I was told to google it. Funny, that's how I found him, and the info from the site that said they had those supplies. Perhaps it's time to get someone else to answer the phones that cares to make a sale, or at least knows how to talk to customers.
