This office has gone downhill. The phone has been down for weeks. I even called the nurse line directly. I can’t get through to anyone. I’ve been left without my meds. They also got a bunch of folks on weight loss meds and then lost their pharmacy hookup and left patients to deal on their own. At this point I just want my records so I can find a new doctor. UPDATE: The number is now disconnected. How the hell are you going to abandon your patients like this???? 0 stars. Trash.

They shut down. I had to call the corporate line to find out, apparently we were supposed to get letters. I heard Ken is at an urgent care in sterling heights, Kashat urgent care, but I haven't confirmed it yet.

Made an appointment almost a month ago. I received notifications about reminders constantly and put in all of my information well ahead of time. I get a call today (the day before my sons appointment) to be told they dont take children. Mind you I searched with a filter that including places that can take him. So I'm guessing they aren't very thorough when looking into patients information unless its regarding insurance. Dr Clarisse was the most cold and rude woman I have ever met in a professional setting. Was very short, insisted on depending on a computer to diagnose me and she couldn't fathom how any doctor I've seen before could just diagnose me themselves.... It's literally their job, and I thought it was her job too. After asking just a couple of basic questions, insisted I had something not relevant to anything. Disappointed with the "care" she gave. Didn't even say goodbye just dropped me in waiting room. Never going back.
