It’s sad to see that women’s symptoms are still being dismissed. I was recently diagnosed with Endometriosis after getting a second opinion, and had to undergo surgery to remove the scar tissue which left me with only one working ovary. Dr. Lewis had been my provider for many years but I was unable to get an appointment with her post hospitalizations due to severe abdominal pain, so I was seen by Elana L Grann, APN. Dr. Disturco is an incredible person and doctor. I have followed her to this practice, and recommend her for all things related to feminine care but especially for pregnancy. She is a very caring and respectful doctor that makes you feel very comfortable and taken care of.

I had a really wonderful experience with Dr. DiSturco. I checked in and was promptly taken back to be seen by the nursing staff. When the doctor came in she was extremely kind and attentive. She took not of previous medical history with other providers and listened to my concerns. I have had really awful experiences with OBGYNs in the past at other practices, so this was a breath of fresh air!

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I received from Lifeline Medical Associates. As an existing patient, I expected at least basic courtesy and responsiveness, especially after leaving a voicemail on Saturday regarding an important concern. Instead, I spent all of yesterday calling their office — fifteen times — during business hours, only to be repeatedly ignored, placed on hold for long stretches, and even hung up on. I’ve been going to this office for a few years now. I won’t be going anymore. I went for annual visit back in January of 2024 and I had full coverage for the visit. I received a bill for 250$ in the end of October for the visit back in January. I called and explained that I had insurance and the visit should have been covered in full.
