I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I received from Lifeline Medical Associates. As an existing patient, I expected at least basic courtesy and responsiveness, especially after leaving a voicemail on Saturday regarding an important concern. Instead, I spent all of yesterday calling their office — fifteen times — during business hours, only to be repeatedly ignored, placed on hold for long stretches, and even hung up on. I’ve been going to this office for a few years now. I won’t be going anymore. I went for annual visit back in January of 2024 and I had full coverage for the visit. I received a bill for 250$ in the end of October for the visit back in January. I called and explained that I had insurance and the visit should have been covered in full. I've been going there for many years, probably 20, I've seen Dr. Austin, Dr. O'Reilly and Dr. Brennin-Goldfischer. I like all of them. The front desk and "schedulers" are the ABSOLUTE WORST. They don't answer the phone, leave you on hold, can never help. I've been trying to get an appointment with Dr. Hersch because she's the Dr. I was told I had to see for a special circumstance and it's been WEEKS and no call back and no appointment.
