Everyone was very professional from the office staff to the doctor and nurses.
I have been a patient for over 25 years and this place is now a complete nightmare! They have rude and incompetent front desk staff that never show any sort of compassion, empathy OR sympathy towards their patients. OH and they like to hang up on you as well, which is my favorite. Dr. Feltz and Ginny are the only two that have any clue what patient services should look like. However, their kindness for these last years is just not enough for me to stay as a patient any longer. A situation where I wish 0 stars was possible. I have been a patient here for 20 years. There have been problems here and there including issues reaching anyone, being told conflicting information, etc. However, what I experienced today was unacceptable and upsetting. I contacted last month about a refill for my medication. I was told I was due for an appointment and once I scheduled one I could get a one month refill to hold me over to the appointment.
