I have been a patient for over 25 years and this place is now a complete nightmare! They have rude and incompetent front desk staff that never show any sort of compassion, empathy OR sympathy towards their patients. OH and they like to hang up on you as well, which is my favorite. A situation where I wish 0 stars was possible. I have been a patient here for 20 years. There have been problems here and there including issues reaching anyone, being told conflicting information, etc. However, what I experienced today was unacceptable and upsetting. I contacted last month about a refill for my medication. I was told I was due for an appointment and once I scheduled one I could get a one month refill to hold me over to the appointment.
