A situation where I wish 0 stars was possible. I have been a patient here for 20 years. There have been problems here and there including issues reaching anyone, being told conflicting information, etc. However, what I experienced today was unacceptable and upsetting. I contacted last month about a refill for my medication. I was told I was due for an appointment and once I scheduled one I could get a one month refill to hold me over to the appointment. They don’t really care about your health, trust me. You would think people become doctors to help other people, but apparently, that’s not the case anymore. Other than the fact that appointments are 5 minutes long, they make sure to do everything they can to get more money out of your insurance and pocket, since not every insurance covers 100%. They ask for urine samples every time you come, claiming to check proteins, and since I don’t eat trash from the street, and actually eat healthy, decent food, it should be up to me w... read more
