I have been with this practice for over fifteen years and appreciate them so much. Dr. Magaril delivered both my boys - she is so intelligent, experienced and nurturing. She's also always there when I need second opinion on specific health issues - she calls me back timely and puts me at ease. I recently called the office to have some records transferred and the person who called me was attentive, got the records the same day, and followed up to let me know. I am grateful for such wonderful care.
The doctors are amazing. But the schedule of the office is bizarre. Everyday the office hour is different. Sometimes the office closes at 11 am for the day and some times closes at 4 pm, all depends on the situation of the day and the availability of the doctors. It takes forever for someone to pick up the phone when you call to talk about anything. Always busy and on hold. Some serious management issue in this location.
It’s impossible to even make an appointment. Every time I’m calling them, it takes about 30-40 mins for them to pick up. They don’t call with updates, ignore messages in the portal. Avoid this place if you can.
My wife goes here and we don't recommend it to anyone. If you try to call to ask something, they never answer the phones.
