Have contacted on multiple occasions regarding financial counselling and have not received a response. People need help and they can't be bothered to get back to you, it's a disgrace! God forbid if somebody needs help... the lack of care or acknowledgement is enough to tip anyone over the edge.
I always thought that life line was a charity shop ,the prices they care you would be better off getting it new . So much for helping the poor.
