I contacted the clinic to inquire about how the process works for mi sister. Unfortunately, the staff member I spoke with, Mary, was not willing to listen or address my questions. I found the interaction disappointing and unprofessional.
After I moved from kitchener I have had the worst doctor of my life. When I heard that Dr Jeanette was taking new patients I jumped at the opportunity and I'm truly glad I did. She is absolutely wonderful. Her smile makes you feel so safe. She makes you feel like you are a team and we'll get through this together.
