Very helpful polite staff, doctors that are concerned about the patient’s well being and are not afraid to ask for test to make sure you are safe.
Service is awful. When you call to book an appointment they rarely answer and when they do, they are rude. Always a 2 hour wait for a booked appointment. So fed up with this place.
Dr. Jeanette and the Pharmacist are great but HORRIBLE service from the receptionist. Not trying to be rude but this is concerning. Dr. Jeanette is an awesome doctor. She cares and gives her time to her patients with great medical care. I’m thankful for her but…MANAGEMENT, RESPECTFULLY, CAN YOU NOT DO ANY BETTER? Is she family helping out? The doctors are great, but it's notoriously slow. Even when we have an appointment we are still waiting an hour and a half plus to go in every single time... Have to make sure your whole day is wide open to wait even if you have a pre booked appointment time slot. They have posted 80 minute wait times for walk ins and as a client with a family doctor I've been waiting 1.5+ hours for my own appointment. Each time getting longer and longer to wait. I decided to look for a new family doctor around Orangeville and I'm so glad I found Dr. Jeanette Egyir. From the moment she greeted me, she was kind, calm and gentle. She asked me questions and got to know me. She took her time and made sure I was being heard and my problems were properly addressed. I am so used to being rushed with my old doctor so I'm glad Dr Egyir takes her time. She is very thorough and ensured that I take the proper tests in order to get a full health check.
