Went in today to get checked out and the doctor wasn't in. The lady at the desk got me on a video call with the doctor and I got medication for my sore throat. I’m very thankful for the help and would definitely go back when needed!
I don’t even want to give this clinic 1 star..i have had far to many frustrating experiences with this clinic. i’ve been passed around from different doctors because mine never seems to be available..wait times-are over 1 1/2 hours even with an appointment! which is incredibly difficult as i have to arrange child care and never know how long i will be! you can hear every patient’s conversation through the doors. which is a huge privacy concern and makes me feel so uncomfortable. You guys need to pick up the phone. I've been calling multiple times and it always goes to voicemail. Even when I tried calling in the past a month ago it's been like that.
Dr. Jeanette is an EXCELLENT doctor! Coming from England, she brings not only world class medical credentials of education but also a vast cultural and lived wisdom that compliments her very personable nature. Considering the difficulties acquiring a family doctor in 'these times', I feel both fortunate and honoured Dr. Jeanette has accepted me as her patient at the NEW "Lifeline Medclinic".
