I am pleased to give this review for the EXCELLENT service we received from JACK and RALPH. They are EMT’s at Lifeline Ambulance. As a retired HR Director, I would say they are the people you want representing your company. Empathetic, patient, respectful and professional are just a few of the many compliments I would give to these young men.
I wanted to please give a compliment on two different dates the first date was November 22,2024 Rafael and Nestor Chicago branch was the EMT’s picked my Mom from Aperion Westchester Illinois and took her to the oncologist appointment Hinsdale 1 salt creek lane Hinsdale il these guys were Awesome and empathetic they really made a difference .Thank them and they deserve a raise . I have noticed the same ambulance driver from this company follow me almost on a daily basis for the past 6 months. I don't drive I walk everywhere I go or take the metra. Almost every single day multiple times daily have I noticed this same driver driving past me. I have the plates memorized thats how much I see them. Its very strange to me. Is this normal behavior of ambulance drivers?? .
