Billed me a absurd amount for a procedure... and cudnt give me any answers why it was so high ... or normal rates for this procedure
This is the reviews for their billing department. Not professional and communication is poor. We do not recommend it!
Anesthesia provider was confrontational and rude the first time. Had a payment plan. Turned me into collections without any explanation. Some law office in MS (Two states away) sends collection letters. Paid in full to be done with them. Forget these people and the way they provide care and service. I will ask they not provide me care if I ever have another emergency. My personal opinion.
Very unprofessional. The billing/insurance reps’ phone etiquette was poor. It was too casual and non-professional. They had non-businesses like tone during phone discussions with my conversations with their insurance and billing personnel. I also received different pricing for a self pay procedure. When I pointed this out was told “well we’ve had a price increase”. I brought up theses issues with the out patient surgery facility. Absolute corruption and what is wrong with the medical profession! I have insurance and very good insurance at that but somehow ended up in collections over 200 bucks? Seriously? When they had their attorney send me a letter after months of me telling them they had made a mistake please contact my provider. I paid their attorney 300+ the day I got the letter…I know there’s nothing I can do but… I will NEVER have another procedure done that they are involved with!
