Long wait time but super friendly and kind staff! I waited around 50 min. Plenty of free parking in the lot outside. I like this location compared to other ones I've been. Can email your requisitions.

I had a terrible experience with a needle that kept me away from the lab for many years. I was just too afraid. I went to the doctor this morning and was in such pain that I agreed to submit to a blood test. I cannot tell you how wonderful Sheila was. She is such a technically skilled person that I barely felt a thing! She got it right on the first try - no digging, frustration or pain for either of us. Not so good because we spent like 2 hours waiting before we could even go in and now another hour and we have to come back again which I do not like at all!!!! I am missing all of my summer school classes today by waiting for another hour but I would say they are trying their best to get all of us organized
I had a great experience overall. The team was professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the process. Everyone I interacted with showed genuine care and made sure my questions were answered. I especially appreciated the excellent communication, support, and attention to detail.
