Very convenient location ,Staff are friendly , a little rough with the needle one might be ,I bled quite a bit afterwards which never happens unless roughly done ..
They were fast, well-organized, and respectful toward customers
Staff showed up before 7am and allowed patients to come into the building to get out of the cold. They were very kind and quick to register people. The phlebotomist was professional and answered questions I had. Wait time is about 10 minutes per patient, so if you show up at this location on a weekend, arrive 20-30 minutes before it opens (6:30am) as the like is already starting to form.
My sample was simply "lost." I waited in line for 45 minutes to get it. Now they are asking me to redo the entire process, which will involve the same waiting time! The staff at this Life Labs location is extremely rude and careless.
