I went today and fainted/fully blacked out after my blood was drawn. I’ve fainted before so i knew what to do where as the lady who took my blood had no idea (did not offer water/anything sweet/ ask if im okay) While blacking out i had asked for some water to which she told me to ask my mom to get some for me I asked for something sweet to bring my blood sugar back to normal (my mother had left to grab some). I had a very disappointing experience at this laboratory today. First, the staff member had difficulty finding my vein. He then suddenly left me without any explanation. I waited for about 10 minutes and eventually had to look for him myself. I found him sitting at the reception desk doing other work, without checking on me or explaining what was happening. I asked another staff member why he had left, and I was told that he had a headache. I understand that people can feel unwell, but if he was unable to finish my blood tes... read more

Exceptional. Clean, efficient. Only suggestion, the counter closest to the door should be used so staff can see clearly whether there are people standing in line.
