My mom and I visited lifelab at Whitby Mall location . Lesline was extremely nice and professional as usual . She makes everyone feels comfortable. I will recommend the lab for future use.
I always have my blood work done here. The staff are always friendly and very good phlebotomists. I really love seeing Lesline when I am there. She takes her time and is very patient with all the clients. She makes everyone feel welcome and looked after. It is a really great lab and I always recommend it to people. I always come to this lab for my blood tests because of Irene. I usually have a very hard time with blood draws since my veins are difficult to find, and in most places it takes several tries. But Irene is amazing — she always finds my vein on the first try, quickly and gently. She makes the whole experience so much easier and less stressful. I really appreciate her skill and care!
By far, the worst experience in any lifelabs branch.
Lesline was phenomenal. It was my first time getting bloodwork done and she was so understanding and helped me calm right down. She spoke to me the entire time, and told my mom to come close to me so she was able to hold my free hand. I didn’t even feel a pinch! I was so shocked at how pain free and easy Lesline made it. I could 100% recommend her to anyone
